“How long will my order take to arrive?”

Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery timelines and what to expect once you’ve placed your order.

Step 1: Complete Your Consultation

Before we can ship your treatment, you’ll need to complete our free online consultation. This usually takes just a few minutes and helps our licensed clinicians assess which treatment — finasteride, minoxidil, or a combination — is right for you.

Step 2: Clinical Review & Approval

Once your consultation is submitted, a licensed UK prescriber reviews your responses. If treatment is suitable, they’ll approve your prescription, and our registered pharmacy will begin processing your order.

🕐 Timeframe: Most consultations are reviewed within 24 hours (often much faster).

Step 3: Discreet Shipping

Once your treatment is approved, it’s dispatched in plain, unbranded packaging for your privacy. All orders are sent from our UK-based pharmacy via tracked delivery, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

📦 Delivery Time:

  • 1–3 working days from dispatch
  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way

Weekends & Bank Holidays

Orders placed over the weekend or during UK bank holidays may be processed the next working day. We do our best to keep delays to a minimum — and we’ll always keep you updated along the way.
