- To exercise this right, you must notify us at contact@follicle.uk within 14 days of delivery.
2. Returns Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:

- Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
- For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless faulty.
- You must return products to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
3. Faulty or Damaged Products

- If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at contact@follicle.uk with your order details and photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, once the product is inspected.
4. Refunds Process

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7–10 working days.
- Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Return Shipping Costs

- If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
6. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds for:
