Can I just buy the tablets?
No. They are prescription-only, so a UK-registered clinician has to read your answers and agree they are right for you before anything is dispensed. That is why this page starts with a consultation rather than a basket. It is free and takes about 3 minutes.
What happens after my first 28 tablets?
Your plan carries on at £12 every 4 weeks, plus £3.99 delivery (£15.99 each time). Each payment sends the next 28 tablets, so your new pack arrives before the last one runs out. We email you before every payment with the date and the amount. Cancel before that date and you pay nothing more.
How do I cancel? Am I tied in?
You are not tied in. Cancel in your account, or email contact@follicle.uk. No phone call and no fee. If you cancel straight after your first order, you keep the 28 tablets you paid for.
When does the £5 offer end?
At 23:59 on Wednesday 27 January 2027. After that, your first 28 tablets are £12, the same as every pack after them.
Are the offer tablets the same as the normal ones?
Yes. The same tablets, the same daily dose, the same GPhC-registered pharmacy and the same clinician check. Packs sent under this offer are in date until 27 February 2027. Later packs come from newer stock.
What if a clinician says it is not right for me?
Nothing is sent and you get a full refund. The clinician may suggest something that suits you better. We take payment when you order after the consultation, so your order can go out straight away if it is approved.
What if I do not get on with it?
Email us and we will put you back in front of a clinician at no charge. They can change your treatment or tell you to stop. If they say stop, we cancel your plan there and then, and nothing more is taken or sent.
Medicines cannot go back into stock once they have been sent, because of health rules. Your cancellation rights are set out in our Refund Policy and in the terms below. If you have any doubts, email us before you order.
Do I have to keep taking it for ever?
No, but this treatment can help manage hair loss rather than cure it. If you stop, any hair you kept or grew back usually thins again over the following months. Whether you carry on is always your decision.
