Refund Policy

At Follicle UK, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refunds Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.


1. Your Right to Cancel

    • Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products.
    • To exercise this right, you must notify us at contact@follicle.uk within 14 days of delivery.

2. Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

    • Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
    • For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless faulty.
    • You must return products to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

    • If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at contact@follicle.uk with your order details and photos of the issue.
    • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, once the product is inspected.

4. Refunds Process

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7–10 working days.
    • Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Return Shipping Costs

    • If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

6. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds for:

    • Products returned more than 14 days after delivery.
    • Opened or used products (unless faulty).
    • Gift cards or promotional items.

7. How to Start a Return

    2. We will provide you with return instructions.
    3. Pack your items securely and send them back to us.
    4. Keep proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
